After filling the pool, you will have to do the starting work which is the same for all the methods of chemical treatment of the pool water and which are:
* Observation It is necessary, before starting the starting process, to determine those information that are necessary for the chemical treatment of water and which are:
- The volume of pool water.
- The hardness of the filling water.
1) Start the recirculation system and leave it running continuously for at least 10 to 24 hours after starting. (Attention, the start must be made at the beginning with the process of emptying the suction pipes from anything they contain - we lead the first water to the drain - with a good reverse rinsing of the filter). After the reverse rinsing process and setting the filter to the "filtration" position, start the flocculation process using the material by placing a cartridge in the skimmer or pump pre-filter (in case of overflow).
2) Check the pH value after starting the recirculation system and adjust it to the desired levels (7.2-7.4) with the help of pH Minus or PH Plus products, using the manual feed procedure. Perform pH change control measurements at least 2 hours after feeding. In this process you have to be patient and remember that the correct chemical treatment of water depends to a large extent on this regulation. Obviously, if we do not have the desired setting with the first power supply, we will have to repeat the process. In cases of difficulty in adjusting the pH value
3) After setting the pH value to the desired levels, you should feed a quantity of chlorine of immediate dissolution in a ratio of 2kg per 100m3 of water. The supply should be made directly into the pool with the recirculation system, as already mentioned, in operation.
4) After a period of about half an hour, supply the required amount of hardness stabilizer. The amount of feed (as read in the product instructions) depends on the volume of pool water and the hardness of the water.
5) Leave the recirculation system in continuous operation for the first 24 hours and check the water the next day, for the presence of free chlorine. If the presence of free chlorine is not at least 2.0 mg / l and does not remain constant for the next 24 hours, then you will have to do the chlorine shock feed again. Failure to maintain a constant presence of free chlorine indicates the existence of an organic contamination that consumes the free chlorine to kill it. When the stabilization of free chlorine for a period of 24 hours is achieved, then we can put the pool into operation. After this stabilization, feed the appropriate amount of chlorine stabilizer, according to the volume of your pool water, if the chemical treatment method you have chosen has to do with chlorine, after first dissolving it with water before feeding it.
6) Feed the initial amount of algaecide according to the instructions for use of the product. The feed must be done on the perimeter of the pool with the recirculation system in operation.
7) After all this process we can start enjoying our pool, from the next day and be transferred to the chapter daily - weekly care, depending of course on the method we have chosen.
8) Put the recirculation system in automatic mode, adjusting the timer so that we have a total operating time of at least (14-16) hours during the summer.
Caution do not interrupt the operation during the day Suggested session adjustment 6-10 / 12-16 / 19-22 /24.-4
